1 lb ground chicken

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small slider buns (preferably whole grain or brioche)

Lettuce leaves (for topping)

Sliced tomato (for topping)

Pickles (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, mashed avocado, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined; do not overwork the mixture.

    Shape the Patties: Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into small patties, about 2 inches wide. You should yield around 8 patties.

      Cook the Patties: Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil if desired. Once hot, cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).

        Assemble the Sliders: While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half. Once the chicken patties are done, place each patty on the bottom half of a slider bun. Top with fresh lettuce, a slice of tomato, and pickles, if using.
