2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 large eggs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Optional: red pepper flakes for a spicy kick

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Prepare the Broccoli: In a medium pot, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 3–5 minutes. Drain and chop them into small pieces, then set aside to cool slightly.

      Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and eggs. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

          Blend Mixtures: Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring to combine until you have a smooth batter.

            Add Cheese and Broccoli: Fold in the steamed broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese into the batter, mixing until evenly distributed.

              Pour and Top: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese and optionally, red pepper flakes for added heat.

                Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

                  Cool and Cut: Once baked, remove from the oven and let the squares cool in the dish for about 10 minutes. Cut into squares or rectangles as preferred.
