8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup (50g) erythritol or preferred keto sweetener

1/4 cup (60ml) unsweetened almond milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: cocoa powder, shredded coconut, or crushed nuts

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter. Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer to blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.

    Sweeten It Up: Add the erythritol (or your choice of keto sweetener), unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. If you’re using cinnamon for added flavor, mix it in as well. Blend until fully combined and the mixture is fluffy.

      Chill the Mixture: Once well combined, place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. This will make it easier to scoop and form into bites.

        Shape the Fat Bombs: After chilling, take about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. You can also use silicone molds for unique shapes. Continue until all of the mixture has been formed into bombs.
