2 cups rotini or penne pasta

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini (or penne) and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes). Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

        Prepare the Broccoli: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the broccoli florets and a splash of water, cover, and steam for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Remove from heat.

          Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth. Season with additional salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes, if using.
