1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

    Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Slowly whisk in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes.

      Add Cheese: Gradually add the Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring constantly until it melts and the sauce becomes creamy. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
