1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped

1 cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

2 cups cold water or soda water (for fizz)

A pinch of sea salt

Ice cubes

Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber, fresh mint leaves, lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth.

    Strain the Mixture: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a pitcher to remove the pulp. Use a spoon to press the mixture, extracting as much liquid as possible.

      Combine with Water: Add the cold water or soda water to the strained liquid in the pitcher. Stir well to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or agave syrup.

        Chill and Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cucumber mint mixture over the ice. Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs for an extra touch.
