1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), drained

Fresh basil leaves, 1 cup

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Skewers (6-inch or 8-inch)

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by washing the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Drain the mozzarella balls and set aside.

    Assemble the Skewers: Take a skewer and thread one half of a cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, then a mozzarella ball. Repeat this process until you reach the end of the skewer. You can fit 2-3 sets depending on the skewer length.

      Season the Skewers: Once assembled, drizzle the skewers lightly with extra virgin olive oil, followed by a sprinkle of salt and black pepper to taste.
