Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla for extra sweetness)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1/4 cup strawberries, diced

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

1/4 cup granola (optional for extra crunch)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup. Mix well until fully combined. Adjust sweetness according to taste if necessary.

Set Up Your Station: Line a baking sheet or a large plate with parchment paper for easy removal of the yogurt bites.

Assemble the Bites: Take one banana slice and dip it into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Place the coated banana slice on the prepared parchment paper.

Add Toppings: On top of each yogurt-coated banana slice, add a small dollop of crushed pineapple, a few pieces of diced strawberries, and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips or nuts. If desired, add a touch of shredded coconut or granola for extra flavor and texture.

Freeze the Bites: Repeat the process with the remaining banana slices, arranging them with a little space between each bite on the parchment paper. Once all banana slices are coated and topped, place the baking sheet or plate in the freezer.

Freeze Until Firm: Allow the yogurt bites to freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until they are solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bites from the parchment paper and serve immediately. You can eat them straight from the freezer or let them sit out for a minute to soften slightly, making them easier to bite into.

Store Leftovers: If you have any leftovers, place them in an airtight container and keep them in the freezer for a quick and healthy snack later.
