Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup almond butter (smooth or crunchy, based on preference)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup unsalted almonds, roughly chopped

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Add Nuts and Chocolate: Gently fold in the chopped almonds and mini chocolate chips (if using) into the yogurt mixture. Ensure the nuts are evenly distributed.

Form the Clusters: Using a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop, drop dollops of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press each dollop down slightly to form clusters.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze the yogurt clusters for at least 2-3 hours or until fully set.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet. If desired, drizzle a bit more almond butter or chocolate over the top before serving. Enjoy them straight from the freezer or allow them to soften slightly at room temperature for a couple of minutes before eating.

Store: Keep any leftover clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
