Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat for creaminess)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

1/4 cup crushed nuts (such as walnuts, almonds, or pecans)

Pinch of salt

Silicone muffin cups (for molds)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt. Use a whisk or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 20-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.

Combine: Once the dark chocolate is melted, fold half of it into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it’s evenly mixed. Reserve the other half of the melted chocolate for drizzling later.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full. Tap the molds gently on the counter to eliminate air bubbles and smooth out the tops.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle crushed nuts and a few chocolate chips on top of each filled cup for added texture and flavor.

Drizzle with Chocolate: Take the reserved melted chocolate and drizzle it over the tops of the cups. You can use a spoon or a piping bag for a more decorative effect.

Freeze: Place the filled silicone muffin cups into the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the cups from the silicone molds. Let sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes to soften slightly before enjoying.
