½ cup honey or maple syrup (for a vegan option)

½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon sea salt

1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)

½ cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla for extra flavor)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.

      Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the baking soda and sea salt until well combined. Gradually fold in the rolled oats, ensuring the mixture is evenly distributed.

        Form Discs: Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Use the back of a fork or your hands to flatten them into round discs.

          Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers will still be soft but will firm up as they cool.
