Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/2 cup granola (your favorite mix)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the yogurt mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

Layer the jars: Take four small jars or cups (about 8 oz each). Start by adding a layer (about 1/4 cup) of the yogurt mixture at the bottom of each jar.

Add the berries: Next, add a layer of mixed berries (about 2 tablespoons) on top of the yogurt in each jar. Feel free to layer them however you like—layer different types of berries together, or keep them separate for visual appeal.

Granola crunch: Sprinkle a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons) over the berries in each jar for a delightful crunch.

Repeat layers: Repeat steps 2 through 4 until all jars are filled. You should have 2 layers of yogurt, berries, and granola in each jar.

Top it off: Finish with a final layer of yogurt, a few berries on top, and a sprinkle of coconut flakes if desired.

Freeze: Cover each jar with a lid or plastic wrap and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely set.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the jars from the freezer and let them sit for a minute at room temperature to soften slightly. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a touch of color and aroma before serving.
