2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup crushed peanuts (unsalted)

1/4 cup granola (optional, for extra crunch)

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

    Create the Peanut Butter Layer: In a separate bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter with a pinch of sea salt until it is smooth and creamy.
