8 oz (225g) egg noodles

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup chicken broth

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Noodles: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
