3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Panko for extra crunch)

    Prepare the Green Beans: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and blanch for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender. Drain and immediately transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Once cooled, drain again and pat dry.

      Make the Garlic-Olive Oil Mixture: In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, toss the blanched green beans with the garlic-olive oil mixture until evenly coated.
