Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup warm milk (110°F)

1/2 cup warm water (110°F)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for brushing)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm water, warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Mix Dough Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the frothy yeast mixture, melted butter, and the egg. Mix until a sticky dough forms.

Knead the Dough: Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Prepare Garlic Mixture: While the dough is rising, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.

Shape the Rolls: Once the dough has risen, punch it down gently and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. Dip each ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.

Assemble the Rolls: In a greased bundt pan or round baking dish, stack the coated dough balls in clusters. Pour any remaining garlic butter mixture over the top.

Second Rise: Cover the pan with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise for another 30 minutes until the rolls puff up.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake: Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Flip the bundt pan onto a serving plate, allowing the rolls to fall out. Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley and Parmesan if desired.
