8 chicken drumsticks

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

1 teaspoon sesame oil (for finishing)

1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika until well combined.

    Marinate the Drumsticks: Place the chicken drumsticks in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all the drumsticks are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

      Preheat the Grill: About 15 minutes before grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C). Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
