2 cups rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.

    Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 7-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, steam the florets for about 4-5 minutes until slightly tender. If using frozen, you can microwave them according to package instructions. Drain any excess water.

        Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (if using). Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

          Assembly: Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread it out evenly with a spatula.

            Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the pasta mixture.

              Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

                Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, let the dish cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
