4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup olive oil

Zest and juice of 2 lemons

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 teaspoons dried oregano

2 teaspoons dried thyme

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Couscous:

1 cup couscous

1 1/4 cups chicken broth

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Zest of 1 lemon

1/4 cup toasted pine nuts (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
