1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cup Caesar dressing

12 mini corn tortillas

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts. Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Once done, remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
