Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups milk

Extra banana slices and whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and have a sandy texture.

Divide the graham cracker mixture evenly among four serving cups or small bowls, pressing it firmly into the bottom to create a crust layer.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened (about 2 minutes). Set aside for a few minutes to ensure it sets properly.

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture to lighten it, then fold in the remaining whipped cream until fully combined.

Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the graham cracker crust in each cup. Then, spoon the banana pudding mixture over the bananas, filling each cup nearly to the top.

Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours, or until set.

Before serving, garnish each cup with additional banana slices and a dollop of whipped cream.
