2 ripe peaches, sliced thinly

4 oz goat cheese, crumbled

1 cup fresh arugula

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: ¼ cup walnuts, chopped (for added crunch)
