4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh pesto (store-bought or homemade)

8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (packed in oil for more flavor)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil
