Ingredients
  

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

8 slider buns (mini brioche or whole wheat)

1 cup shredded green cabbage

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Optional: sliced pickles and fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the spice mixture.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

      Shred the Chicken: While the chicken is resting, shred it using two forks or chop it into small pieces. Toss the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce until evenly coated.

        Make the Coleslaw: In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots. In another small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, celery seed, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well combined.

          Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half. On the bottom half of each bun, pile on a generous portion of the BBQ chicken. Top with a spoonful of coleslaw. If desired, add sliced pickles and cilantro for extra flavor.
