2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup granola (your favorite variety)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Prepare the Strawberries: Start by washing and hulling the strawberries. Slice them into quarters or halves, depending on your preference for texture and presentation.

    Sweeten the Yogurt: If you are using plain Greek yogurt, mix in the honey or maple syrup and the vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

      Layer the Parfait:

        - In serving glasses or bowls, add a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom (about ½ cup).

          - Follow it with a layer of sliced strawberries (approximately ¼ cup).

            - Add a layer of granola (about ¼ cup) for some crunch.
