Ingredients

4 cups fresh baby spinach, washed and dried

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries, rinsed

1 cup raspberries, rinsed

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Greens: In a large mixing bowl, place the fresh baby spinach. Make sure the spinach is completely dry to prevent a soggy salad.

Add the Berries: Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with the spinach, ensuring an even distribution of colors and flavors.

Incorporate Other Ingredients: Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and chopped pecans over the berry and spinach mixture. Add the thinly sliced red onion for an extra crunch.

Dress the Salad: Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad. Toss gently using salad tongs or two large spoons to coat all ingredients without bruising the berries.

Season: Taste the salad and season with salt and pepper according to your preference. You can also add more dressing if desired.

Serve: Transfer the salad to a serving platter or individual plates. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch, if you like.

Enjoy: Serve immediately as a refreshing summer side dish or a light main course.
