Sweet Corn & Bacon Pizza

1 cup fresh sweet corn kernels (or canned)

6 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure it’s hot for the perfect pizza crust.

    Prepare the Dough: If using pre-made dough, stretch it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place it on a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

      Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Once done, remove it from the pan and transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease.

        Sauté the Corn: In the same skillet, add the olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then add the sweet corn. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if you like it spicy. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the corn is golden and slightly caramelized.
