Turkey Wraps with Creamy Hatch Dip

4 large whole wheat tortillas

8 oz sliced turkey breast (preferably smoked)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 medium tomato, sliced

1 avocado, sliced

½ cup shredded carrots

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Hatch Dip:

1 cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup roasted hatch green chiles (canned or fresh, peeled and chopped)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon lime juice

½ teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Fresh cilantro for garnish

Prepare the Creamy Hatch Dip:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.

      - Stir in the roasted hatch green chiles, garlic powder, lime juice, and cumin.

        - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust lime and seasonings if needed.

          - Cover and chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the wraps.

            Assemble the Turkey Wraps:

              - Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.

                - Spread a couple of tablespoons of the creamy hatch dip evenly over the tortilla.
